At Sweetgrass Hollow, LLC, we are dedicated to the holistic restoration of our planet and the human spirit. Nestled on sacred Abenaki land, our mission intertwines ecological stewardship with personal well-being. We cultivate a thriving ecosystem through sustainable farming practices and products, offer expert wetland delineation and permitting support, and create spaces for reflection and growth with our labyrinth and healthful offerings.
Established in 2023, our vision is to heal and nurture the Earth and its inhabitants, fostering a harmonious connection between nature and soul.
We at Sweetgrass Hollow stand in solidarity with Wabanaki and all indigenous peoples of North America and beyond.
We offer a wide range of specialties, including:
From our professional experience as retired federal scientists familiar with the waters and wetland regulatory policy, to our personal backgrounds in horticultural and human ecology, we have a vast breadth of tools and skills to offer.
We maintain a 100' labyrinth for mindful walking meditation, which you can combine with an infrared sauna. We provide duck eggs, seasonal produce, and creative handmade goods and arts.
With over 80 years of combined experience in the waters and wetland sciences and regulatory policy realms, we have the knowledge and expertise to handle even the most complex delineation questions and permitting challenges. We have worked with stakeholders across the regulatory world and are recognized as respected and reasonable arbiters. We provide instruction in wetland permitting and delineation, with extra focus on hydric soils.
We have two lifetimes spent working the land wherever we live, restoring the landscape, and improving the soil health with native and non-invasive plant species. As we have always done, Sweetgrass Hollow uses sustainable land management practices. We have poured our experience and passion into the labyrinth built in 2023, as well as our surrounding land. Our mission of restoring the land and helping others find their peace continues.
The homestead at peace at Sweetgrass Hollow.
